Part of a larger series, Summer Memory is an ode to the time I spent at Prospect Park over the summer. Visiting the park became ritualistic as a way to connect with nature and seek solace. I explored its grounds, meditated deeply, and experienced moments of true privacy and emotional release. At times, I felt spiritually connected to the park. Inspired by this connection, I sought to capture the park in the way I experienced it. Trees are featured prominently as they serve as silent holders of memory. The series I hope serve as a portraiture, preserving the spirit and quiet presence of the park.
