Saturday's Corner

$670.00

Rhesa Paul
Saturday's Corner, 2024
Oil paint on canvas
12 × 12 inches

I love rearranging my own spaces at home and love keeping an eye out for unique home decor. This piece was inspired by Flemish landscape paintings and their haziness and nostalgia. I love to decorate and rotate in and out unique items, whether it be a stack of books, a plant collection or tacking photos to a wall - these are small moments of an individual's personality: made tangible. This painting is not from any specific reference photo but painted from memory and ideas of what would be an ideal nook to
spend time on a Saturday afternoon.
