My recent work is inspired by my first month in college, as I navigate the transition into a new environment—building connections, adjusting to new routines, and learning to manage my time. My artistic process is shaped by everyday experiences and emotions, often reflecting the intimacy of relationships I’m forming during this stage of life. Even with less time for personal projects, creating art remains a way for me to process change and preserve moments of closeness. This piece explores the balance between self-expression, growing independence, and the vulnerability of new relationships as a teenager in college.
